Tomato Spinach Ingredients 1 cup spinach chopped or 3 cubes frozen spinach 5 medium tomatoes or 1 canned tomatoes 1 onion 2 green chillies 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp chili powder salt to taste 1 tbsp oil Method: Chop the onion fine and heat a sauce pan and fry the onion in the oil now add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 more minutes now add the chopped tomatoes and spinach and rest of the ingredients and cook till the vegetables are cooked and the water has been absorbed. The curry should not be too watery.
