Spinach Potato Ingredients: 1 cup spinach chopped or 2 cubes frozen spinach 2 large potatoes boiled 1 onion chopped 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp corinder powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp chili powder salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Method: Take a pan and heat the oil fry the chopped onion till golden brown and add the ginger garlic paste fry for 3 minutes. Now add the spinach and cook it for 5 minutes. Now add the potatoes and the rest of the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat till the potatoes have browned to a golden brown. Stir carefully or the potatoes will get mashed. Take off heat and serve with chapathi or rice.
