Red Chicken Curry On the Table in 20 minutes Ingredients 1/4 cup red curry paste 1 kg chicken fillets 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup coconut cream 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves salt to taste 3 tbsp oil Method: Take a non stick pan and heat oil and add the ginger garlic paste and curry paste together cook stirring for 5 minutes , Now add the chicken and cook on medium heat till it is done. Add the coconut cream and coriander leaves and mix well and cook for 6-7 minutes and take off heat. Serve hot with rice or paratas. |
