Prawn Curry Ingredients: 1/2 kg prawns 1 big onion 2 tomatoes 1 green pepper 1 TSP garlic puree 1 tsp. Ginger paste 1 TSP garam masala Salt to taste 1 tsp. Chilli powder 1 tsp. Grated coconut 2 TBS oil Cooking method: Heat the oil in a cooking pan and add chopped onions and diced green peppers fry them till brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 8 minute, add the salt , chilli powder, grated coconut and garam masala and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves and take off the heat. Tip: If you have cooked prawns add the prawns only after all the ingredients are cooked because if you overcook prawns they become rubbery. |
