Navratan korma Ingredients:100gms paneer (cheese) Method:Grate the onions. Put tomatoes in hot water and after 10-15 minutes, take off the skin & blend in electric mixer. Cut the paneer into small pieces & deep fry in oil. Heat 3 tsp. oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown. Then add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 min. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala & salt and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the vegetables, milk, cream & paneer pieces. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
