MUSHROOM MASALA CURRY Cooking time : 20 minutes Ingredients: 1 pound mushrooms 3 tomatoes 1 medium onion 1 tsp. Ginger paste 1 TSP garlic puree 1 tsp. Garam masala or all spice 1 tsp. Chilli powder 2 TSP oil Salt to taste Cooking method : Chop the mushrooms, tomatoes and onion and keep them aside. take a sauce pan and heat the oil add the chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Then add the ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes, add the tomatoes and mushrooms, salt and chilli powder and cook with 4 TBS of water for 10 minutes . Now add the garam masala and cook for 5 minutes and take off the heat. Serve hot with rice |
