Mixed Fruit Lassi Ingredients: selection of mixed fruit (rock melon, apple, honeydew melon, mango, banana) 500 ml yoghurt 300 ml water crushed Ice 1 rbsp sugar salt to taste Method: Peel the skin off the fruits and cut them into small pieces, now put them all in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend for 6-7 minutes or till all the fruit is pureed. Alternatively you can use whole milk or ice cream instead of yoghurt if you are not concerned about the calories . It is even more delicious and equally nutritious. Any selection of fruit can be used as long as it is smooth textured and it's skin is peeled off. |
