Mince Meat Pulao Ingredients: For Rice: 1/2 kg rice 1 inch cinnamon Salt to taste For Meat: 3/4 kg minced meat 2-3 onions chopped 4 tomatoes 5 green chillies 6-7 cloves garlic 1 tsp. Chilli powder Bunch of coriander 3 tsp. Vinegar 2 TBS all spice or garam masala For Chutney: 1/2 coconut grated 4 chillies 1/2-tsp. cumin seeds 1 lime A pinch of sugar Salt to taste Method: Cook rice with salt and cinnamon stick till done and keep it aside. Fry onions till translucent, add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic, chillies, chilli powder.cook for 8 minutes and add the mince meat and fry well till cooked adding little water. There should be little gravy in the meat, add vinegar and take off from heat. For the chutney grind the ingredients to a smooth paste, add lime juice keep aside. Grease a oven proof dish spread half the mince meat then half the rice and press down slightly spread the chutney and add the remaining rice followed by the last layer of mince meat. Dot it with butter and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
