Masala Chicken Drumsticks

On the Table in 30 minutes

Ingredients

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tbsp garam masala

1 tsp garlic puree

Salt to taste

1 tsp chilli powder

6  chicken drumsticks

Method:

Heat oil slightly and add all the spice powder and salt to it with a tbsp of water and stir it into a smooth paste. Make diagonal slits on the drumsticks and rub the spice paste and garlic well into them. Keep them aside for 15 minutes, now griddle fry, grill or barbeque the drumsticks.
