Madras Lamb curry 

Ingredients:

On the Table in 30 minutes

2 tbsp oil

1 medium onion sliced

1 tsp black mustard seeds

500gms lamb fillets, sliced

11/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp curry powder

1/3 cup yogurt

2 tsp cornflour

1/2 cup water

salt to taste

1 tsp chili powder (optional)

Method:

Heat oil and add mustard seeds, once they splutter add the onion and let it fry golden brown, now add ginger garlic paste and fry 2 minutes , add lamb, salt, chili powder, water and curry powder and cook on medium heat till lamb is cooked and tender. Now add the corn flour and yogurt. Cook until the curry thickens and oil floats on the top.
