Lamb Kebab Ingredients 1/2 kg lean Mince meat 1 egg white 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic 1/3 cup yogurt 1 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp salt 5 tbsp onion juice extracted from 1 small onion 2-3 green chilies 2 tbsp oil Method: Wash and drain meat. Squeeze out the water. Beat egg white. Finely chop green chilies. Grate ginger. Grind onion and squeeze out the juice. Mix the meat with all the ingredients and and marinate for 2-3 hours . take few skewers and Shape the meat into patties and gently put them on skewers. Heat the grill and cook on each side for 7-8 minutes. Place them in a baking tray and cook in a preheated 450 degree oven for 6-7 minutes on each side. Serve them hot. you can alternately barbecue them.
