Kashmiri Meat balls On the Table in 20 minutes Ingredients: 1/2 kg Lamb mince 1 tbsp garlic 1 tbsp ginger 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 3/4 tbsp garam masala powder 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder salt to taste 1 tbsp lime juice Method: Combine all the ingredients except lime juice and mix them well. Shape into lime sized ball and deep fry or Put them on skewers and barbeque. Sprinkle lime juice just before serving. |
