Fish fry Ingredients: 1 kg Cod fillets or Dory fillets 1 tbsp Ginger 1 tbsp Garlic 1 tbsp chilli powder Salt to taste 1tsp turmeric 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tbsp oil Oil to deep fry Method: Take a large mixing bowl, cut the fish into pieces and mix rest of the ingredients and add the fish to them and mix well rubbing the marinade on to the fish pieces. Marinate the fish for 2 -3 hours and deep fry them in hot oil. Serve them as an appetiser or side dish.
