Minced Meat (Erachi Perallan) Ingredients: 1/2 kg minced meat 2 tbsp oil 1 sprig curry leaves 1 tsp salt 3 green chillies 1 cup grated coconut 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tsp green chilli paste 2 large onions chopped 1/4 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp urad dal or black gram Method: Heat the oil season with mustard, urad dal and curry leaves and fry the onion add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and fry for 4 minutes Now add the mince meat and green chilli paste and salt and cook till the meat is cooked. Now add the grated coconut and let it cook covered for 4 minutes, Now add the garam masala and mix and take it off heat.
