Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients: 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp garlic puree 1 tsp green chilli paste 4 spring onions sliced 100gms button mushrooms 50gms peas 175 gms long grained rice cooked 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 2 eggs beaten salt and pepper to taste Method: Place oil and all the vegetables in a large bowl and heat on high for 2 minutes. Add garlic and chili paste and stir into vegetables and cook for 2 minutes on high. add the rice, salt and soy sauce and mix evenly and heat for 6-7 minutes stirring two times in between. Pour egg over rice, Do not stir into the rice. cook on high for 3 minutes and now break the egg and stir evenly into the rice. Season with pepper.
