Baked Egg Curry

 

Ingredients: 

4 large eggs

1 onion

1 green chilli

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala

salt to taste

1 tbsp milk

Method:

Beat the eggs well and add salt, milk and ginger garlic paste and mix well. pour the mixture into an oven proof dish and bake it for about 20 minutes in a hot oven. when you insert a fork in the center it should come out dry. take it out and let it cool, then loosen up the sides with a knife and invert it into a plate , it should come out like a cake, then cut it into cubes and keep it aside. chop onions and chili finely and fry them till golden brown add the egg cubes and chilli powder and stir fry for 2-3 mins, then add the garam masala and stir for one more minute and take it off heat.
