Curry Powder

Ingredients:

3 tsp oil

11/4 cups coriander seeds

3/4 cup Bengal gram dal

1/4 cup black gram dal

3/4 cup red chillies

1 tsp asafetide

marble sized tamarind

salt to taste

Method:

Roast dry coriander seeds , black gram dal and bengal gram dal, fry the red chillies in the oil, grind them all into a smooth powder.
