CHINESE FRIED RICE - (VEGETARIAN) – Home made Recipe.

 

Ingredients:

Rice 1 ½ Cups; 4 sticks Celery; 100 grms each of Beans, Capsicum – green, Yellow, Red & Orange could be used it will make the rice look more colourful, Carrots, Green Peas, 1 bunch of Spring Onions, 4 Tbspns Oil, ½ tspn Ajinimoto, Salt to taste, 2 – 3 Green Chillies, Vinegar; Chillie Sauce – 1 ½ tspns; 2 Tbspns of Soya Sauce.

Method:
Cook Rice with a little unsalted butter so that the rice does not stick to each other.= - keep aside. Cut vegetables into long strips & keep aside; Chope the Spring Onions & Keep.

Heat Oil on a low flame, add the spring Onions & fry for a few minutes add the Vegetables & Ajinimoto,& fry on low flame for 5 –6 mins. Add the Soya Sauce, Chillie Sauce, Rice, Salt. Mix well & cook for 2 mins on High Flame.

Serve Hot with Chillie Vinegar.
