Chicken Stir Fry Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken fillets cut into cubes or stir fry chicken 1 carrot cut into strips 1 capsicum cut into strips (any color) 1/4 cup beans cut few baby corn cut into strips 1 bunch of scallions ( spring onion ) chopped 1 tbsp garlic paste 1/4 tbsp ginger paste 3 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp corn flour salt to taste 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp chili powder or chili paste Method: Heat the oil in a wok till it is very hot and add the scallions and ginger garlic paste and chili paste fry on high for 3 minutes and add the Chicken , soy sauce and salt, cook on medium heat till the chicken is cooked, Now add the vegetables and cook till they are partially soft and a little crisp. Add the corn flour and mix well and take off heat. Serve it with fried rice or noodles.
