Chicken Malai Ingredients: 1 kg chicken(preferably boneless) 4 TBS tomato puree 2 TBS garlic puree 2 tsp. Ginger paste 1 big onion 150 grams fresh cream 1 TBS garam masala 1 tsp. Chilli powder 2 TBS oil Salt to taste 1 TBS lime juice Cooking method: Cut the chicken into small chunks and marinate it with 1 TBS garlic puree, 1 TBS ginger puree and the lime juice for 1/2 hour and boil it , be careful not to overboil it. You can alternatively deep-fry it. Take a cooking pan and heat the oil in it fry the chopped onion till brown then add the rest of the ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes. add the tomato puree and cook till raw smell disappears after it starts boiling reduce the heat and add the chicken, cream , salt, chilli powder, and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat. |
