Chapathi Ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour (chapathi flour, atta) 1/2 tsp salt 50 ml milk Method: place the flour in a mixing bowl, add salt to it now add the milk and start kneading, add more water for kneading if necessary. Now make even sized balls the size of limes and roll them with a rolling pin flat and round about 4 inches in size. Tka a pan and heat it up really hot and place the chapathi over it and fry both sides till done like a pancake. spread some ghee over them once off heat. |
