Cauliflower Curry Ingredients: 1 cup cauliflower chopped 1 small potato boiled 1 onion chopped 3 tbsp green peas 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp chili powder salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Method: Take a pan and heat the oil fry the chopped onion till golden brown and add the ginger garlic paste fry for 3 minutes. Now add the cauliflower and peas and cook it for 5 minutes. Now add the potato and the rest of the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat till the vegetables have browned to a golden brown. Mix well and serve with rice.
