Bread Rolls No Of Serves: 5 Preparation Time: 45 Minutes Cooking time: 20 Minutes Ingredients: 1 Packet of any good quality bread filling: 1/4 kg Mince Meat Handful of Peas 1 small Onion 1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste Handful of coriander leaves 1 tsp Chili powder Salt to taste 1 tsp Garam Masala powder 1tbsp oil 1 tbsp gram flour Oil for deep frying Cooking Method: Chop the onion finely , Heat a pan and add the oil fry onion till translucent, add ginger garlic paste and the mince ,add salt chili powder and let it cook on medium flame covering with a lid. Once the mince is cooked add the coriander leaves and garam masala powder and stir them in thoroughly. The mince should be slightly moist before taking off the heat. Keep it aside. Cut the crusts off the bread pieces and roll them flat with a rolling pin. Place a little amount of the filling in the center and roll it like a roll and seal the edges with gram flour paste mix the tbsp of gram flour with sufficient amount of water. Heat the oil in a kadai or a wok and deep fry them till golden brown. Serve them hot with any dip or sauce. Suggestion: For vegetarians Potato curry can be used as a filling.
