Indian Breads The most common of Indian Breads are Chapatis, Rotis and puris while Parathas and Nans are specialities. These are the staple diet for North Indians While rice and Rotis are eaten in the west and other parts of India. They are mostly handmade and do not need any complicated machinery. They just need to be kneaded well, rolled into 6" size and pan fried.
