Palak Puri
Cooking time: 20 minutes Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour 1/2 bunch of spinach salt to taste 1 cup oil for deep frying Cooking method: chop spinach finely and boil it in a microwave and blend it into smooth paste in a blender with a little salt. Take a mixing bowl and add the flour, spinach puree and salt to it make a soft dough with sufficient water. Divide the dough into 10 lime sized balls roll them with a rolling pin flat and round. Now heat the oil well and deep fry each of the puris. They are delicious with vegetable korma or any curry. |
