Avial Ingredients: 2 drum sticks 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, beans) 1/2 cup yogurt salt to taste 2 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil For Paste: 4-5 gren chillies 2 red chillies 1/2 cup grated coconut 1 tsp cumin seeds Grind everything into a smooth paste Method: Heat the oil and add mustard seeds after they splutter add curry leaves, now add the vegetables with a little water and let them cook once they are cooked reduce the heat completely and add the yogurt and the ground paste and cook for 10 more minutes on very low heat taking care not to curdle the yogurt.
